Christmas

Merry Christmas?!?! Yes We had a wonderful christmas. I love watching the kids come down and open their presents! This year Santa brought Bailee and kaden Bikes and Kaden well lets just say it was all he could do not to cry that he got a bike since that is his Very favorite thing to do is ride his bike and with his cast he cant even walk. Jaxson wrapped back up his Dinosaurs that Santa Brought him and told us they were not for him, and Bai well lets just say there was an emotional outburst of tears right after this picture was taken. Not exactly sure what that was all about other than, dare I say it, we have an emotional almost teenager in our house. (GASP) One who probably didnt sleep much the night before. Other than that We had a wonderful Christmas full of fun and visiting Family and Friends. I hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas.

Yes It is Broken!!!!

Broken!
Yes Kaden did Break His Leg! He has a spiral fraction to the big bone of the lower leg. He has to have this bent Cast on for a total of 3 weeks. It is casted bent so that it is not possible for him to put any pressure on it at all. So the poor little guy is OUT of school untill he get this cast off right after the first of the year. Then He gets a cast on that he will be able to walk in. He will have that on for Four Weeks. That Brings us into the First on February. Then the Doctor said He can ski the middle of February and he cant wait! I on the other hand am thinking he needs to wait untill Next year. Ill bet I lose this battle though!

Kaden did awesome in wrestling this year, like always but the older he gets the more he gets into it. Craig started Kaden Wrestling when he was 4 so he has been Wrestling for 3 years and he loves it! It must be in the Blood! Craig was a very good Wrestler to and I cant tell you what exactly he won but I do know he won alot. Kaden No Different. He has Never taken anything less than a silver Metal. Actually He has Never taken the Gold Either Just Silver. Kaden is Never Satisfied with the Silver. He is very competitive...I mean VERY!!!! In fact a quick little staory Because this just happened a few minutes ago I got a call from Craig. He took Bailee, Kaden and Bailees friend Cayden Skiing today. I guess Kaden (first time skiing) though he was as good as them took off racing Bailee down the Mountain, and is now with the paramedics in the first aide office with a possible broken leg!!!! Im waiting to hear. So ill post if its Broken. This post was supposed to get my mind off it, its not working!

Bailee Tagged

Bailee was Tagged Im supposed to tell you 5 things about her that you may not already know.
1. Bailee was Sealed to me and Craig in the Temple when she was about 6. She had a very spiritual experience in the Temple that I wont go into details on my blog if you want to know Id be happy to share it with you but Because of that she has always remembered her time in the temple being sealed to us at such a young age. She remembers it well in fact even the people who took care of her she can remember what they did with her and said to her. Very Very Vivid memories. She is a very spiritual girl and is always reminding me how important the gosple is.
2. Bailee is very athletic (she does not get this from me) She is an amazing soccer player and Tumbler! She has now learned her Full and is super excited about that! She loves to dance and is a very good Dancer. The one thing about Bai you may not know about Bailee is a very good snow skiier. Her very first time skiing down the mountain she shocked her dad who thought he would spend most of his time picking her up. When in fact She could keep up with Craig and his Friend almost every where they went.
3. Bailee is very motivated. She Tries so hard to get good grades and she pushes herself very hard in everything she does. Tumbling ecspecialy. Bailee gets very down on herself when she does things below the standard that she thinks they should be done in. It wasnt enough for her to try to get her Faith in God award she wanted to get it done early and not be rushing at the end of her priamary years to get it done. She had her Faith in God award about 9 months ago so close to a year before she was supposed to have it done.
4. Little kids are Drawn to Bailee. Im not exactly sure what this is. Little girls ecspecially want to talk to her and play with her. Bailee Loves every second of it and Loves the little kids. All her little girl cousins flock to Bailee as if she is some sort of Super Star! SHe eats up every second of this. Im not sure its just little kids that are drawn to Bailee because ever since she was a tiny Baby people would come over to me to tell me how beautiful she is. This still happens almost everywhere we go. The Scary thing is now its the boys that im having to fight away.
5.Bailee is a sweet and Kind person who has a very tender heart! She gets her feelings hurt very easily and is very sympathetic to those people who are hurting or inneed. She has been this way all her life. She really and Truely wants to be and tries to be everyones friend. She has alot of friends and I think this is one reason because she does sincerly care about all people. She hates it when kids are mean to other kids I think its one of her worst pet peeves.

Missing Summer!

Oh Man! Im already sick of the cold!!!
Im missing Summer and the heat! Bring back the sun and warmth! I never seem to get warm during the winter and so far no different! When I sleep I have to wear a sweatshirt and flannel pj bottoms to bed every night and then i wrap myself in my down blanket and throw a blanket over that! But also Im missing going out on the boat and sometimes we just drift in the coves and we turn on the itunes and lay in the sun. We all enjoy this The Kids Love it too! Its going to be a very Long winter. On the good side I am looking forward to thanksgiving and Christmas !

Quirks!!!

Quirks

I have been tagged and this time it is QUIRKS !!! You have to list 6 quirks about yourself soooo in no particular order...

1.Feet- since Lori Tagged me and we have one Quirk in common ill start with that! I hate feet! I hate people touching my feet, and looking at or touching other peoples feet. I hate Pedicures (you dont know whos feet have been soaking in that nasty tub) But the very worst thing I hate about feet is when Craigs feet touch my feet ecspecialy in Bed Ew!

2. Smells- I think I have an extra sensitive sence of smell because If it doesnt smell clean to me its not and so I will scrub the bathroom or clean a room untill it smells clean. If there is an oder of any kind that I cant figure out no matter how faint Then it needs to be found and cleaned up or taken care of!

3. Kids Shoes- No one in my house can put their shoes away! I find shoes everywhere but in their closets or lockers. This doesnt mean however that when its time to find shoes that we will find two of the same anywhere in the house. Craig is the worst at leaving his shoes EVERYWHERE! and in the strangest places I might add.

4. Craigs Cell Phone- Ok now I understand he is a real estate agent and his phone is his Job but seriously its his Life! He is constantly on the phone answering it whenever and wherever . Even when we go on vacation he brings his phone and will call clients back and check messages. Give me a break! Craig just happened to walk in to see what im up to and guess What His phone of course started ringing.

5. Being Late- I hate to be Late! I hate it when other people are late! When the kids get off their scheduals at all in the morning it drives me crazy.

6.People chewing food loudly- slurping open mouth chewing, scarfing food, whatever it is if I hear it Im done eating. It will make me sick and if you some into a room chewing food it really makes my stomache roll.

Youre right Lori telling all my quirks kinda makes me sound a little beasty as well!!! Ha Im so not...Right?

Just a Quick Post!

I love reading funny stories about your kids mine just mostly happen to be about Jaxson. This one is no different. Have you ever felt like you totaly disappointed your kids? Well I just did. Jax came to me and asked me if I could jump his guy on to a thingy in a Wii game. I told him my brain doesnt work like that and I couldnt help him. He told me ya mom your the Mommy you can do everything! AW! So of course i tried how could I disappoint him? So after trying like 50 times to jump the guy onto the thingy Jax looked at me shook his head and said mom just give it to me. He did it the first try. Then told me see i told you its not hard. Ok the wii has two joy stick things and you have to move them with both your hands. Definatly not my strong suit!

Two of a kind!

Craig and Jaxson

Today after the other kids had gone to school Jaxson was sitting on Craigs lap and I couldnt help but to stare at them in amazement! There are exactly the same! They look the same there bodies are the same and they act exactly the same! Wild and crazy! Lately ive been noticing how much they really are alike. Jaxson has this strange and amazing ability to remember and sing songs. Im not talking Old McDonalds Farm or any other normal 4 year old song Im talking Linkin Park (which Craig Loves) Flobots, Fall Out Boys, Nickleback those are the knds of music Jax and Craig love. If Bailee has on music she likes if makes Jaxson really mad he wants to listen to what he likes and He knows the words and sings along with it. He also follows craig around like a shadow soaking in every minute he can get with Dad. Ive been told stories of how craig used to hit his head on everything when he was young! Hello that is Jaxson too there isnt a day that he doesnt have a bump or Bruise. Well if Jax grows up to be anything like his Dad he will be a great and Wonderful Man!

October Snow BRRRRR!!!

Waking up to this is just what i needed
to want to Hide inside all Day! BURRR! I hate winter but i do have to say it reminded me of how fun the snow can be for the kids. They loved making Snowmen pumpkin heads! Someone tell Bai just because the camera is coming out does not mean go get dressed in something cute because you know it will be a blogging picture!

Busy!

Dance, Tumbling, Soccer, Football! Yes we are Busy but can i just say YES the Bake sale is over and we actually made Tons of money for the school! I would say it was a success. Now No more volunteering untill next year...Right??? Those of you who dont know what im talking about I am in charge of the Bake Sale for the Fall Festival for our school and let me tell you It is alot of work. But i did enjoy it its not the worse thing in the world! Very Rewarding when you see 4 Huge tables filled with donated baked goods to sale for the school!

Soccer and Football are almost over for the Kids also and then what will I do with all my extra time. Bailees Soccer team is Great this year they have only lost one Game and she is playing forward again which is her favorite position to play because she gets to score the Goals and she does it well, but this year her coach discovered she is an amazing little Goaly! Kaden on the other Hand Hates to play forward he wants to be a defender and loves to stop the other team from scoring! Kades team destroyes every team they play like 18 to 1 and 12 to 0 you kinda feel bad for all the other teams! Kaden Loves Football too and has scored more touchdowns than any other on his team! They have only lost one game and it is so fun to watch them. Next year Kaden says he is done with the sissy Flag football. AHHHHH!!! i dont know if im ready for that. HE seems so small and he is for his age but he really wants to play tackle!... I think ill need some pointers on this one. He will be in 3rd grade next year but he has always been the smallest kid in his class. But he is really good at it so all you football moms out there let me know when did your boys start?

Jaxson turns 4

Jaxson turned 4 this week! How the time does Fly I cant belive 4 years ago I had my baby it seems like well ok ya it does feel like 4 years at least! Hes quite the boy! He has Flooded my House Broken numerous things there isnt a wall he hasnt colored on and today he is officially the boy who swings from the chandaliers! Thats right he climbed onto the table grabbed the light and swung from it and yes it did come crashing down with him hanging on it! But one the one thing thats for sure there is NEVER a dull moment with Jaxson around!

Looking Back two years ago

My Computer has some kind of virus or something so while it is being fixed I am using Craigs Laptop and I found these Fun pictures from two years ago. Its so fun too see how the kids have changed in two years. Two years ago we were building the house we are living in now and living in layton. Here is Kaden Just going into Kindergarten. The big gash on his forehead was so cool for him he thought it made him Harry Potter. That is exactly what he chose to be for Halloween that year because of the scar which he still has to this day. Jaxson was almost 2 look at his sweet little baby face! The terrible twos were starting, hey when is that phase supposed to end?

Bailee with her Braces! Just starting 4th grade. Too bad in a few short months she will have her braces back on for phase two. Poor Gilrl!

Back to School

Today was the First day of school YES!!!! Bailee off to 6th grade and Kaden to 2nd. They were very excited to start the new year and see all their friends. It makes me sad in a way because with the start of every new school year they grow up a little more. But, I have to say I also love them getting older! I have loved every age and stage with them and cant wait to see what the next stage of their lives bring. So what did I do Today? I cleaned the house and had some fun one on one time with Jax. We made Chunky peanut butter muffins for the kids when they came home from school. Jaxson was so excited to show the kids what he made for them. When he tasted the first one he said OH MOM Yummy! It was the cutest thing and I realized how much I love having just me and Jax and Quiet in the house for a few hours. He starts preschool next week and then after twelve years of having a little one with me every minute I will have 5 hours a week to myself! Yes the house did stay clean all day! That is untill the other kids came home and I remembered why the hour after school gets out is the hardest hour of my entire day.

Today We went to ride the Four Wheelers for the afternoon. It is about the only time that my kids agree on what to do. They all love to get on the four wheelers and drive. Not to long ago they were the ones on the back with us while we were driving them. Not anymore! They are the ones Driving and this year Kaden Graduated from the small four wheeler to the Big one. Yes I know he is 7 but the kid drives just as good as I do. It was a nice break from the driving my kids around that I do every other day. But we did have to come back in time to get Bailee to Tryout clinics and Tumbling but the Quiet of Deep Creek for the few hours we were there can rejuvenate your mind and bring a little sanity back into the week! Can I just say Yeah for school starting in less than 2 weeks!

Apricot Jam

I love this time of year! I love to start canning I know its a ton of work but I love to do it and the rewards of doing it are YUMMY. Our Family Favorite Apricot Jam! There is nothing better in the winter or anytime of year but it tastes expecially good in the winter. A freshly Baked loaf of Bread ( Rhoades of course) and Apricot Jam!

Wrecked my Armada

I was going to take a picture of my Armada so I could show all the damage but I forgot. Ive kinda had a frustrating last few days!!! So yes I did wreck my Armada and yes it was my fault and Yes it is not drivable and Yes Im ok. Just a few bumps and bruises. The boys were with me and Yes they are fine. The Estimate to get it fixed is going to be over $4000.00 so ouch!!! But that is why we have insurance right???

Stadium of Fire

First of all let me tell you if you have never been to the Stadium of Fire you really are missing out. I definatley recommend that you go. The Patriotism of the of the show is amazing and really helps you celebrate our Nations Birthday in an Amazing way! Secondly let me tell you Bailee Danced for 31 hours this week to prepare for this and most of that was outside in temperatures reaching 100 degrees! But it was all worth it because the 1400 dancers looked amazing! It gave me chills when i saw them preform it and i watched them do it tons of times before! The Blue Man Group Preformed and so did Miley Cyrus of course the whol reason we decided to do it this year. Blue Man Group are amazing and they preformed for the girls at the dress rehersal so we got two concerts for the price of one! Miley on the other hand Total dissapointment! She sang mostly songs from her new album that the girls didnt even know. But Bailee liked it and had a blast with all her friends at a Miley concert and that is all that counts right?

where did June Go???

Can you belive that June is all but gone? I think it felt so short because it was so cold. Maybe because we have been so very busy. I thought Summer would slow us down a little and wow was i wrong. Bailee will be dancing in the Stadium of fire and then maybe we will have a break. As for the Boys they have just been playing, riding bikes and doing all the boy stuff. Not alot going on for them right now. For those of you who wondered about Utah Summer Games, Bailee won 2 golds and it was alot of fun. She is amazing and has a natural ability to tumble! I did sadly and with much Hesitation move her to a New Gym. She is now taking from Norther Star Bounders. She needed to be pushed harder than she was and the discipline there is just what she needs to get her to the next level. Im very impressed with them! On Bailees first time there she improved a ton and was definatley pushed to see what she can really do. Things I knew she should be doing.
Craig will be working the parade of homes this week so ill be lucky if i even see him at all. Come Mid July ill be ready to send the kids back to School. Please tell me im not the only mom who feels this way. But im running out of ideas to keep them busy and They are eating me out of House and Home!!!! My grocery bill has gone up so much and i cant belive the food that three kids can consume in one day. Im not feeling so bad about the cost of school lunch right now. H

Where does the time go?

We just had Bailee pictures taken at Hazen Photography and no this is not one of the pictures but its her right after her session with them. It was an awesome expeience so much fun! She was Princess and Model all in the same day. They are not pictures you would get taken every year but I decided My Baby is turning 12 soon Lets get Great Pictures Taken before she Really gets to be a teenager...Dont tell her she isnt one now she thinks she is. Can I just say WOW WHO is that girl i see in these pictures? Waituntill you see the ones she had taken. She looks so grown up!!! Ok now if you are someone who doesnt like to hear bragging STOP READING!!! Can you belive how beautiful she is. Im sorry I know Im her mom and all But wow she is so pretty !!!!

Lake Powell

We just got back from Lake Powell today!! Our favorite place to go boating and even though the cost of gas could have taken us on a nicer vacation, We love it here and cant imagine our summer without Lake Powell. I have to admit I kinda feel like a bad mom after the stuff I made my kids try. For instance We made Bailee Jump off a 20 ft cliff. We also made Kaden and Jaxson Waterski. Kaden is deathly afraid of the water so for him even to ask to try was amazing. And yes they did all want to try these things i didnt just say you are trying it! Jaxson so excited to try waterskiing! we straped him in craig got in the water with him and told him not to let go! After draging him 15 ft I decided I better stop the boat. He did not get up but He did not let go of that rope! I have a feeling Jaxson even at age 3 is the most daring of my kids! I wonder where he gets that? It couldnt be from that idiot jumping off the 50 ft cliff in that picture above could it??????? Bailee is quite a good little wakeboarder! She has been waterskiing for 3 years now so she wanted to try something new. Because she is so strong she had no problems and had a blast.

The Last Day of School

Can you belive it its the last day of school! Now I have to entertain my own kids all day long. Its been a long dramatic year and i dont know about the rest of you but i am ready for a break! For about two weeks and then ill be ready to ship them away to summer camp or something...just kidding! What kinds of things do you all have planned for the summer? How do you keep your kids busy? Im up for any ideas. We usualy get passes to Cherry Hill or Lagoon this year its Lagoon....Lucky Me! Im sure there will be the constant friend at our house. One of the kids always has someone over and Im fine with that! In fact the more the merrier. Bailee Is always choosing a party for her rewards that she gets for accomplishing a goal or getting good grades so im sure we will have plenty of those this summer too. As for Kaden he is happy having a friend over and playing outside so he is easy.
5th grade has been a great year for Bailee but very Dramatic. Lots of emotional changes for her this year. But she has constantly recieved great grades and no missing assignments all year. She has a really good group of friends and that makes her life alot easier! Im so proud of Bailee and all her accomplishments this year and Im sad to say goodbye to 5th grade...mostly because that means Im old enough to have a 6th grader. Is that right? Wow!
Kadens First grade year has been very eventful! They learn so much and grow so quickly at this age Its hard to comprehend all the changes he has gone through. And wow has he grown this year. A size 5 was big on him at the beggining of the year he was tripping over the length of his pants and now they are all 2 inches too short! He also has done really well with his grades this year and loves to read. He reads eveything and loves ( I know this is strange) to read the newspaper. Not a whole article or anything just the headlines.
Well I know for me this post is way way long I usually like to keep it short and sweet and to the point. But please comment on what you are all doing this summer to keep the kiddos busy!

Ok The Host I know some of you have read it....some are reading it.....and some are just about to start! So leave you comments on what you think of the Book. I personaly loved it! I thought it was a little predictable but the struggles this girl went through were so much fun to read! So fun to take yourself to this unreal world and let your imagination go crazy!

Summer Haircut

I know I know some of you are going to have a little heart attack to see his hair like this. But seriously his grows way faster than anyones I know and his hair has been getting so sweaty underneith. So just for the Summer Im keeping it shaved underneith! Then I will let it grow back out! Trust me he is not happy about it either but it will make my life a little easier for the summer. If I let his hair start growing back today it would be fully grown back in 6 weeks and im not even joking. He was born with a ton of hair and his hair is soooooooooo thick and grows so fast it would make any little girl jealous. I cut his hair twice as much as any of my other kids and it grows back thicker and faster everytime I swear! Craig is very jealous....lol.

Dreams Coming True

I know to some people this may not be exactly what you would call a Dream come true but for me it was! I mean how often do you get to meet your favorite Author and have her sign Books for you and Personalize them to you? Not very often. Stephenie is so nice and such a real down to earth person! Her new Book The Host is just as good as Twilight and its The number one Best seller this week on The New York Times List. Way to go Stephenie!

Softball

WoW I thought I was busy before I was way wrong! Soccer is still in full swing through the end of this week and now we have started Coach pitch 2 times a week and softball 2 times a week not to mention the pracitices. Or that the kids games are on the same nights. Anyway Bailees Softball game was awesome with Alexis getting a triple play all by herself and that made us win the game ....we played the other So Weber Girls Team! What a way to start off the Season!

Bailee really wants to read Twilight. She will not stop bugging me about it. I think I will let her see the movie so should I let her read the book now???? If I do let her will she become more boy crazy than she is now?? I dont know what to do everyone please leave their oppinion on this matter.

gREYS ANATOMY FANS

Im a little behind on TV so i just barley watched the last episode of Greys!!!! The end was so Funny in the elevator!!!! I wish i would have been watching that episode with my greys friends I was Laughing so hard it was great. Did anyone else see it?

My Washer

I Love Love Love My Washer!!! But It broke!!! I have only had it for about 6 months! This is the second FrontLoader Ive gone through in less than 1 year. This one is an LG and the one I had before this was a GE. My question is does any one else have this problem with their Front Loaders or is it just me? I think I may be doing to much laundry! Tell me who has a good frontloader. Do you like yours? I m thinking of getting a new brand because im so disappointed that this one is already broken. It would cost more than getting this one fixed and I do have a warranty on it but if its already breaking after 6 months what is it going to be like after doing a load or more a day for the next 5 years or so??? Any Advice is very welcome!

Kaden

Well Ive been tagged for my other kids so today Ill do Kaden. So here are my five things about Kaden.

1.Kaden loves all sports. He loves to play them, He loves to watch them but his favorite is Football. He had so much fun playing flag football this fall and cant wait for it to start again. He loves to wrestle for northridge and has since he was 4. The thing you might not know about him or if you read my blog often you might know is that Kaden is a very good tumbler. He doesnt like to tell people this and I dont think any of his friends even know. But he is a level 5 which in the tumbling world means he can do 4 backhandsprings in a row. He almost had his whip and loves to do front and backtucks off the double mini.

2.kaden is small now with me 5'2" and craig 5' 7" as his parents you know none of my kids are going to be very tall but he is the smallest kid in his class and he hates it. But the thing that bothers him the most is Jaxson is about 5 pounds lighter and only a few inches shorter than him. Jaxson is 4 years younger.

3. Kaden is very quiet but dont let that fool you he has a very wild side. He loves to ride 4 wheelers Loves to ride them at the sand dunes. He isnt afraid to drive it anywhere and has crashed a couple of times. I hope this is no indication of how he will drive a car.

4. Kade loves to be with his friends but at the end of the day he loves to be at home. Im happy to tell you he is a momas boy. the only one of my kids who are! He really loves his room and his house and is happiest when he is home. He has had a the hardest time adjusting eveytime we move.

5.Kaden is smart but when it comes to math and numbers it is like second nature to him. Since he was 4 he could tell you what and single digit number plus or minus was. Now in first grade he is teaching himself times tables. All i can say is YEA!!!!! Because Math has been a task for me and trying to get Bai through it.

I got tagged to post 5 things about Jaxson. My sister tagged me and out of all three of my kids I think she thought his would be the funniest So hang on to your seats here we go!

1. Jaxson is a rough and Tuff BOY!!! Anyone who knows him knows this already. He can not sit in a chair for 2 minutes or be quiet for any length of time. sorry Erin! He will not cry no matter how hard he gets hurt. Never has. Barley ever cried when He was a baby, but we are making up for that now. Hard as Nails on the outside but he has a soft heart who loves eveyone on the inside.

2.Jaxson Is a friend to everyone! He will find a stranger in the store and take their hand and want to take them to show them something. He talks to everyone when ever we are out. He yells Hi to kids his age as we are passing them and really gets his feelings hurt if they dont say Hi back. He is very friendly to everyone and really wants everyone to love him back. Jaxson isnt very gentle but loves to hug the little girls. They dont really reciprocate his hugs.

3. Jaxson loves to play video games with Big Bro Kaden. I thought when he first started doing this he was just playing around and that he couldnt possibly have any idea what he was doing hes way too young to understand....right?? Wrong I watched him play for a couple of minutes the other day and I was amazed!!! He was actually playing the games and good. Better than I can Play them. The Boy is Three!

4. Jaxson doesnt have the Time of patience to watch TV (actually none of my kids watch TV) I dont think he has ever sit through a movie. he would much rather be outside playing. Or playing with cars which he LOVES. He drives them on everything. Walls Cupboards, people, dogs Everything.

5. Jaxsons favorite person in the world is his PaPa Scott! There is no place in this world that he would rather be than with his PaPa. I think the feeling is mutual! They play football together and cars together. They take long walks around PaPas yard. The first thing he says when he walks into grandmas house is Where Is My Papa!?!?!? As we pass his house each Day to pick the kids up from school or to go anywhere he yells there is my PaPas house and then gets Mad when we dont pull into the Driveway.

This has been a way fun Tag!! I love my Baby!

Now I want to hear more about, Caden Mayes, Tate Romney, and Drew Close Have fun Girls! btw I hope I got the names right...sorry if they arent but you know who I mean.

Piano Teachers??

Does Anyone Know anyone who teaches Piano close to my house? Or is anyone who knows how to play piano willing to give my kids some lessons? I want to put Bailee and Kaden in lessons for the Summer. I dont expect them to become Great Piano players just be able to play a little and find out if they will like it.

Bailee took 2nd Place at State

Bailee had her State Tumbling Competition on Saturday. She did so awesome taking 2nd Place on Double Mini. Her Score Qualified her for Nationals. She also took 5th Place on the floor against 16 girls so she did pretty good on that event too. It was a long Day in Heber but way Fun! Kaden did not compete in this comp because I didnt want to drag him for the all day ordeal.

What I was doing 10 years ago...
Well ten Years ago I was still working at the Salon and Baillee would have been 18months old. We werent going to church back then and our lives were very different than they are now. We had very different values back then and we have changed alot in these last 10 years.

5 things on my to do list today...
All of my kids are sick today so
1- get kids up and dressed and give them meds for colds and fevers
2- Clean the house
3- fix breakfast lunch and dinner and clean it all up
4- Have Bailee finish star of the week poster due monday
5- Our Weekly sunday meeting, we check all our calendars and see what the coming week has instore.

6 Snacks I enjoy...

If I were suddenly a billionaire...
I dont think I would change my life that much to tell you the truth. Pay off my house and buy a fun car. I think i would buy my family fun gifts. Take alot more vacations.

Bailee in 2002

Im feeling a little nostalgic today as i ran across these pics from 2002. I dont have alot of pics on my PC from back then but when I saw these I knew I had to blog about them. Look at how cute she was....still is....but lately ive been wondering where did the time go with her. Shes growing up so fast now and Jr. high is just around the corner AHHHHHHH!!! I knew then the boys would be breaking down our door someday. Problem is that day has come sooner than I thought. Dont you wish you could pick a day and go back and visit???? I do!

Bailee Babysitting

Friday is always Date night for me and Craig. Bailee is a great little Babysitter but this friday I started to wonder if I should ever leave her alone again. I came home to the windows opened the TV moved pointing towards the window and the sound up all the way. When I turned it off I could hear the kids yelling at me from outside the House "Turn it Back ON".
Come to find out Bailee decided to cook cookies in the microwave and she cooked them for 10 minutes. Needless to say the house filled with smoke. So much so they had to go outside to escape it. They made the best of it though making their own Drive In Movie. Dont Kids just make you laugh. I couldnt be mad at her not when I saw the Drive in she set up for the kids. How Fun!

My ray of Sunshine!

This Morning i woke up and thought to myself I cant bear one more day of Winter!!! Im tired of the cold and the snow and the gloomy skies. All i want is some sunshine and then here came my Sunshine in the form of Kaden. He Stood at the end of my Bed with the Biggest Smile on his face and said its Morning mom Wake Up. He was so Happy just to be up and getting ready for the Day. I asked Him what he was so smiley about and he said "I love you MOM" If that isnt a way to start Out the Day... I dont know What is.

Queen Bees & Wannabes

So we all know Raising girls isnt an easy task. But ive been reading this great book by Rosalind Wiseman. You have probably heard of it before and so had I. But since Bailee begun this huge change into her preteen years Ive been looking for some answers to help me with her "moods". It is so amazing nailing things she is going through right on the head. Did any of you start having crushes on boys at this age? (Bailee is 11) I dont think I did really but Bailee.....i think she is starting to go a little boy crazy! Maybe If I could get the boys to all stop emailing, instant messaging, and calling her I might have a couple years left to have a sweet inoccent little girl. But I have a feeling that all has come to an end and I am at the begging of her Teen Years. NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Any way this book is great and I would totally recommend it for any of you that are getting ready to go through these years with your daughters. Those of you who arent quite there yet....keep this book in the back of your mind. You will need it.

My Favorite Part

What makes your life complicated?

I totaly missed going to our Ward temple night.....seems like I can never go when our ward has goes. I can never get myself to enrichment night either. We always go to the temple once a month but mostly we go with our friends and it would be nice to mix it up a little. So What makes my life complicated? My Kids.....I know I do this to myself but I cant help it I want to give them every chance to succeed at what they do. Dont get me wrong I love doing this for themand wouldnt change a thing about our lives and what we do but sometimes I feel a little overwhelmed. So Mondays are Family nights for us. But the rest of the week I feel like Im just a Taxi driver for a 3 year old, 7 year old and an 11 year old. I drive them to and from school everyday and for some reason they make me drop them off at different ends of the school! Monday Jaxson Tumbles during the Day. Monday and Wed Bailee and Kaden stay late for Dodgeball. Tue Bailee has Dance. Wed Kaden soccer Bailee Tumbles. Thursday Bailee Tumbles and Kaden Tumbles. Friday Bailee Soccer. Next week Sat Soccer Games so that will be 2 games every Sat... not to mention Tumbling and Dance competitions that are still going on. To top it off there is all the carpools, Running kids to friends and bringing friends home. How do working moms do it? I am not asking for any sympathy I just want to know Im not alone in this so all my blogging friends.....What makes your lifes complicated?
